Formation, Not Frustration…

I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position at…

My Next Version.
A higher level of commitment.
A deeper level of clarity.
A renewed mindset for a renewed mission.

I love LinkedIn announcements.

I love seeing inspiring posts, new titles, and well-earned accomplishments.

But you know what’s equally worth celebrating?

A transformed mind.

A shift in perspective.

The inner upgrades that don’t always show up in bios or resumes.

I started out with an HND (or shall I say, an OND) qualification before all the letters you now see behind my name came to be.

And I was told: “You can’t compete with BSc holders.”

“Opportunities are limited.”

I believed it, for a while.

Until I realized the greatest upgrade I needed wasn’t academic.

It was mental.

And I needed a lot of those upgrades.

I’ve since learned that…

You’re not “too shy” to start a conversation — you just need courage reps.

You’re not “too old” to apply for grants — you’re seasoned for them.

You’re not “not wired” for business — you just haven’t found your rhythm yet.

And your dreams? They aren’t expired. They’re just waiting on your belief.

I’ve gone from reading rejection emails to getting congratulations, then back to “Sorry, you’re on the waitlist.”

You don’t always win by getting what you want.
Sometimes, you win by becoming someone new in the process.

Joseph in the palace was once Joseph in the prison.
His external elevation happened in less than 13 hours…

But his inner journey took 13 years.

So if this season feels slow — let it.
It’s not frustration.
It’s formation.

As you rise today, remember:

There is more to you.
A version of you you haven’t yet encountered.
Experiences you haven’t lived.
Money you haven’t handled.
Rooms you haven’t entered.
People you haven’t met.

Please, don’t stop dreaming.
Don’t stop building.
Keep becoming.

Destiny is still calling.

P.S. Yesterday, I spoke at an event and shared a piece of my journey— how my academic pursuit began with an HND from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro.

That moment took me back…

To 1995, when I finished secondary school.
To 2000, when I wrapped up my HND.

So much has happened since then, but every step, every delay, every doubt, and every detour was part of the design.
Positivity, Profits & Prosperity…
