Debola Salako Kupoluyi (DSK)

DSK is passionate about transforming lives. Her innermost desire is to make a positive impact in every life she encounters.

She is also a dynamic professional with twelve years of valuable experience garnered in diverse challenging roles such as finance operations, enterprise risk management, internal audit plan & execution, quality assurance and so on. She is currently Head of Operational Services, Africa at American Tower Corporation(ATC) a Fortune 500 Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). In her role, Debola currently works with in-country operations leaders across seven(7) African markets to establish consistent, repeatable programs which drive success towards ATC Africa’s key business objectives.

Burdened by the number of street kids, she started Mantle of Mordecai (MOM) foundation, a registered non-profit organization with the mission to reduce the population of out-of-school children in Nigeria and by extension Africa. She is also a volunteer mentor of The Tony Elumelu Foundation and FATE Foundation tasked with empowering young entrepreneurs in Africa.

Debola authored her first book titled “FREE”, a book that reveals how six successful women were sexually abused when they were children. It highlights precautions that could be taken to avoid sexual abuse and emphasizes the importance of parenting in curbing it. She is also the Country Ambassador, Nigeria for Rise & Lead Netherlands – a global knowledge sharing, education and advocacy platform that connects leaders, emerging leaders, NGOs and change-makers to promote the inclusion of women in leadership in the workplace, marketplace and society to foster peace and prosperity in the world .

 

Debola is also a Crans Montana Forum New Leader for Tomorrow”, a unique Community of young leaders from Africa, the Arab World, Far Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South America and Far East selected due to exceptional professional achievement and leadership experience in Businesses and Governments.

She is married to her best friend Olasunkanmi Kupoluyi.
