Registration

All your documents will be prepared, e-filed in the state of Delaware or Wyoming, and you will also get your Employer Identification Number (EIN). Your EIN is your tax number with which your bank account in the US will be opened with.

US Bank Account

You will have a US bank account and a debit card will be shipped to you. You can operate the card from Nigeria r anywhere in the world.

US Telephone Number and Address

Your business will have a physical US address and phone number. All calls will be forwarded to your country’s local number.
