Even though your company wouldn’t likely pay taxes like a corporation, your company will file 1120 and 5472 with IRS and those are the fees mentioned above. They will be handled by the in-platform CPA/ Legal advisors. A Single-Member LLC is automatically considered a Disregarded Entity by the IRS unless the LLC has made a special election to be taxed as a Corporation. The word “disregarded” simply means the IRS “ignores” the LLC for federal tax purposes and taxes the LLC the same way the owner is taxed.

All The Profits of your company will “pass-through” the business to you the LLC owner (also called member). Your LLC itself does not pay Federal Income taxes, you are treated as a sole proprietor. As a sole proprietor, you must report all profits or losses of your LLC on Schedule C and submit it with form 1040 tax return mentioned above. If you leave profits in the company’s bank account at the end of the year, ( maybe for future expense), you will be required to pay income tax on that money.
